Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Help customers locate and purchase building materials, offering product recommendations and expert advice.
Support Sales Team: Assist outside sales representatives with customer accounts, resources, and order management.
Order Management: Create purchase orders and invoices for stock and special-order products, and follow up on open orders to ensure timely completion.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule deliveries and credit pick-ups to meet customer needs.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain general knowledge of retail products and categories.
Communication: Use strong interpersonal skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
